Hey what's up my fellow deviants! for the past day I have been in a state of shock (one which quickly turned into raging fury). In recent events, the infamous Casey Anthony Case has finally concluded yesterday, with the prime suspect Casey Anthony found not guilty of 1st degree murder, aggravated manslaughter of a child, and aggravated child abuse. Yes, ladies and gentlemen, this is another rant journal. Before I go on, let me just say that anything I say here is purely my take on this case, and whoever has a different opinion shouldn't take it to heart.

Anyways, on July 5, 2011, Casey Anthony was finally declared not guilty, which in my opinion is a load of horse dung! For those who really aren't familiar with the Casey Anthony case, this woman was tried for the murder of her own adorable little two year old daughter, Caylee Marie Anthony. Since the beginning, this trial was odd. The case begins with a report of a missing child. Through further investigation, it turns out that this little girl has been missing for 31 days before the missing report. The Mother of this child, Casey Anthony, FAILED to report her own daughter missing until 31 days after. During this 31 day period, the mother's behavior was mind boggling. Instead of freaking out over her missing child like a sane mother would, she went out and partied. There are many many pictures of her dressed like a slut, and drunk out of her mind. The one who finally called 911 was the defendant's mother who reported that the trunk of her daughter's car smelled like it had a dead body in it. Eventually the search was over and they found poor Caylee's skeletal remains in a trash bag in a swamp.

This case has lasted about 3 years, with Casey's story changing as much the phases of the moon. Now in my line of thinking, if a prime suspect for a murder case has been caught lying, and changing her statement so much it'll make your head spin, then something is obviously up. This woman said it all, to saying the nanny kidnapped her (when really this "nanny" turned out to be 101% fictional), to she drowned in the backyard pool. Now I just want to stop there. If little Caylee really did accidentally drown in the pool, why tie her up, put duct tape over her nose and mouth, put her body in a trash bag, then ditch her in a swamp???? A normal person calls 911 with super speed.

Second point to ponder. One very incriminating piece of evidence was the google searches saved in the Anthony Family computer. This woman denied the 82 entries of "How to make Chloroform" (which btw chloroform is a chemical, which if inhaled, renders someone immediately unconscious), "neck breaking" along with other things to that sense. Every single one of those searches were done little before the disappearance of this little girl. Casey denies she searched any of that, and proceeds to point fingers to her own family. She begins spouting things like "my dad got rid of the body", or one of my favorites "both my dad and older brother molested me since I was 8". Yet, if you watch the videos of jail visit conversations with her dad and brother, you can tell there was absolutely no hostility between them and they were as close as could be.

All in all, I'm very deeply saddened to the point that I cried when I realized that this innocent little toddler would most likely never find peace. That the killer of this adorable girl is still out there. This especially hit me hard because right now I have a baby sister who right now is approximately the age Caylee was when she was murdered. It makes me break down in tears when I think "what if that little girl was my sister?"

I'm usually not a kid person, but I have a huge soft spot for the little ones. Anyone 5 and up I cannot stand. Its the infants and the toddlers that bring a smile to my face.

Well, before I start crying over this again (I've cried more yesterday and today than I have in 5 years), I'm going to wrap up this journal. My last comments on the matter is that my faith in the current judicial system as of now is virtually nonexistant. Hopefully someday, little Caylee can rest in peace. R.I.P Caylee Anthony, your forever in my thoughts.
